Immobilien Niederkofler was founded in 1948 and was the first real estate agency in the Puster Valley. Our head office is located in Via Galileo Galilei in the immediate vicinity of Kapuzinerplatz and the Michael Pacher House.
Directions from Bressanone:
Take the Bruneck West exit and drive towards the town centre. After Kapuzinerplatz, turn right onto Via Galileo Galilei. Our real estate office is on the right after about 100 m.
Directions from East Tyrol:
Take the Brunico-East exit and drive to Kapuzinerplatz. Before Kapuzinerplatz, turn left onto Via Galileo Galilei. Our real estate office is located after approx. 100 m on the right side.

Since 2001 we have also been there for our customers directly in the town centre of Brunico. We are located in the middle of the Stadtgasse opposite the Rienztor. You can reach our head office from there in 2 minutes.
Directions:
The Infopoint Brunico is located in the old town of Bruneck and can only be reached on foot. You will find our branch on the ground floor next to the "WörtzBäck" bar. There are various parking options around the town centre.

Brunico is situated in the so-called “Green Valley”, which becomes apparent by its surroundings, which are characterised by agriculture and forests. Just a short distance away are breathtaking mountain peaks which are perfect for hiking and skiing. The 2275 m high Kronplatz, is a modern and close-by skiing area that enjoys great popularity. It offers a wonderful view of the Dolomites and the Brunico valley basin. The Kronplatz is also the skiing mountain of the neighbouring communities of Olang and St. Vigil in Enneberg.
An important symbol of the city is the Brunico Castle. First mentioned in 1276, this impressive building stands on the hill above the city, clearly visible from many corners of the city. The castle is also visible from the districts of Dietenheim, Aufhofen, or the historic Via Centrale. This is the perfect location to enjoy the traditional atmosphere and many shopping opportunities.
