ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Information pursuant to Articles 12, 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 2016/679.

Pursuant to G.v.D. No. 196/2003, EU Regulation 679/2016 and G.v.D. 101/2018 on the subject of the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, this Administration, which has always been attentive to the confidentiality, accuracy, availability and security of personal data, provides the following information:
Purpose of data processing
The personal data are collected and processed within the scope of the administrative activity for the fulfillment of institutional, administrative and accounting functions, or for purposes related to the exercise of rights and powers of clients/suppliers and administrators, or also for non-institutional purposes.
Processing methods
The data will be processed with computer systems and/or manually, in any case by means of suitable procedures that guarantee the security and confidentiality and the availability of the same.
The communication of the data is optional.
Failure to communicate the data will prevent the Administration from providing the requested services.
The data may be communicated to all legal entities (offices, bodies and organs of public administration, companies or institutions) that are obliged to know them, or are entitled to know them, in accordance with the provisions. In the case of special personal data and/or data relating to criminal convictions and offences, the communication shall be made to the legal subjects indicated in the Regulation for the processing of sensitive and judicial data (measure of the Data Protection Authority of 30.05.2005) and in the forms indicated therein.
The data may be accessed by the data controller, the data processors, the data protection officer, the persons in charge of the processing of personal data and the system administrator of this administration.
The data will be disseminated exclusively within the limits allowed by the regulations.
Duration of data processing and storage of personal data
The processing operations referred to in the present information will be carried out for the time strictly necessary to comply with the obligations imposed on the data controller by national and/or transnational laws, as well as by the laws of the countries to which the data may be transferred.
Rights of the data subjects
Finally, it is pointed out that Art. 15 to 22 of the EU Regulation confer specific rights to the data subjects. In particular, data subjects may claim from the controller in relation to their own personal data: the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 13, para. 2, letter d); the right of access (Art. 15); the right to rectification (Art. 16); the right to erasure – right to be forgotten (Art. 17); the right to restriction of processing (Art. 18); the notification obligation in connection with rectification or erasure or restriction (Art. 19); data portability (Art. 20); the right to object (Art. 21) and the exclusion of automated decision-making processes, including profiling (Art. 22).
The Company is a company under Italian law, with legal domicile in 39031 Brunico, Galileo – Galileistraße 6 (BZ), it is the controller of the processing of any personal data that may be collected through the aforementioned website.
Personal data will only be processed in accordance with the present privacy policy by employees and collaborators of the company who have been expressly appointed as data protection managers/officers. The employees have been appropriately trained in this regard and work under the direct supervision and responsibility of the data protection processing owner.
