We will of course also advise you in determining the optimal rental price. Whether the apartment is free or conventional and depending on which contract period (3+2 or 4+4 years) is chosen by the owner, there are legally required calculation methods that must be taken into account.

Our real estate agency is the contact point for the Association of Homeowners (VHE – Bruneck branch). In our office, property owners and members are provided with useful information and have access to our services on the following topics: Reporting and registration of rental contracts with the revenue agency, calculation and monitoring of rent adjustments, due dates, contract cancellations, etc. In addition, the association offers its members support and advice in legal, tax, and condominium matters.
