NEW CONSTRUCTION "KÜBLERHOF" - BRAIES
In a sunny location of Braies, the Küblerhof was rebuilt and divided into 12 three- or four-room apartments, which allow an optimal living.
In this project, a traditional farmhouse was demolished and rebuilt with a modern interpretation. The facade of the house is made of old wood from the former farm.
Each residential unit is equipped with a garden and/or balcony/terrace and has its own cellar.
Both free apartments and apartments bound for residents are sold.
Garage and car parking spaces can be purchased for an additional charge.
