Immobilien Niederkofler was founded in 1948 by Dr. Emil Niederkofler and was the first real estate agency in the Pustertal at the time. The company was further developed and expanded by Mr. Geom. Dietmar Niederkofler.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Since 2019<\/b><\/b>, Immobilien Niederkofler can also be found in Bolzano, our provincial capital. Since then, the branch has been managed by Dr. Octavia Niederkofler <\/b><\/b>. After completing her law studies at the University of Cattolica in Milano, the sister of CEO Andr\u00e8 Benedict Niederkofler first acquired professional experience in Milan and later at other real estate companies in South Tyrol.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n
